Elisabeta Imeraj, a former prosecutor, declares that the Special Prosecutor's Office could decide that the chief democrat Berisha be investigated in a free state, as he did with the former minister Fatmir Mediu.

Invited to Syri TV, the former prosecutor said that it is a rush of the Special Prosecutor's Office to set a security measure, as it must meet a number of legal conditions and criteria. 

"I will divide it into two fragments actually, not to justify how we should apply the principle, but in general to see those pillars of how justice, because we have to give its own field of action, to the Prosecution on the one hand and its purpose to designate an individual, at the age of the subject in question, with all the parameters, with the reasonable doubt that they think they have, a measure of security on the one hand.

And on the other hand, there are other rights related to being a representative and member of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania.

I will give my logical position, which for me is also legal. Initially, it is the Public Prosecutor's Office that thought to assign a measure of personal insurance to the subject in question, that is, to Mr. Berisha. 

We then come to the historical time frame, to elements related to claims that have not been implemented, constitutional rights in relation to the given measure.
