Illegal crossings in Britain, "The Sun": Albanians are being told to

After raising the alarm that Albanians made up 40% of illegal immigrants going to the United Kingdom, the British media write that the traffickers are being asked to go to England before the election of the new prime minister.

They tell them that a new leader will stop all English Channel crossings. They further add that the smugglers have also reduced the price to £2,000 per person, compared to £10,000 in previous months.

Meanwhile prices for sneaking in a lorry are around £22,000, but the risk of getting caught is very high. Nine gangs were behind the 2,863 migrants who arrived between June 1 and July 12. Of them, 1,075 were Albanians.

The total number who have made the trip this year reached 18,000 on Saturday, when 337 made the trip on ten boats.
