Commission of Inquiry / Fuga: An argument why the President of the Republic should be fired!
Academician and professor Artan Fuga commented today on the approval in the Assembly of the Commission of Inquiry for the dismissal of President Ilir Meta.
While not sparing the notes of irony, Fuga raises the question of where the Constitution forbids the president to have his own political views, while these views do not materialize in illegal decrees that would violate his own function!
According to the professor, it is one thing to judge and criticize a president, prime minister, minister, or any official, and another to dismiss him for violating laws or the constitution!
Fugue Post:
An argument why the President of the Republic should be fired!
You may not agree with the fact that through political rhetoric President Meta had cases where he became a political party. You may also disagree with the content of his political statements on this issue or on all issues. But, it should be argued that when the President with statements and comments or interviews expresses political views, does he violate the Constitution with this?
So can it be downloaded?
It is one thing to judge and criticize a president, prime minister, minister, or any functionary, and another to dismiss him for violating laws or constitutions!
Or do they have even the most minimal legal culture, or what the hell do they have under the scalp be they MPs, analysts, or constitutional experts (pikaaaaaa!)!
Qenka is the guarantor of the unity of the nation, so he should not take political bias !!! Well, yes, when President Trump enters the campaign as president, did he violate the Constitution? Yes, what do you say mo, that you left us mad! But when President Macron enters the election campaign, does he violate the unity of the Nation!
Second, legally speaking, for legal illiterates, the president (with whom I do not agree on many statements) has expressed only political views or even signed decrees in favor of political parties that he probably prefers? Why is it that a person is not allowed to express his political beliefs politically, while there is no legal action on his part, no decree, where he has violated the Constitution!
Eshtë marrë me punë private.
I would also like a President neither meat nor fish, but other than what I want, because I would not even want a prime minister who in the election campaign would go to the centers where veterans were vaccinated to get their congratulations . But this does not apply either to dismiss the President or to dismiss the Prime Minister. What about political rhetoric! Pooooo, swear as much as you want! Futja kot!
