Madrit Ulqinaku, 33 years old, was shot dead two days ago by 18-year-old Horgito Peqini, after a verbal conflict outside a bar in Elbasan.

The person arrested for the incident, Eiden Dimo, a friend of Horgito, the main perpetrator in Ulqinak's murder, testified to the police giving details of the incident. According to Dimos, he together with Horgito and Klaudjan Sallufi were in the apartment (he does not specify whose) where they consumed beer, while Horgito and Safulli drank cocaine.

Dimo testifies that they were equipped with a firearm and a knife, the latter of which was taken by Dimo himself. The arrested person says that he first saw Safulli conflict with two people and when he got closer he managed to recognize Madrit Ulqinak and his friend Herion Hamzallari.

Dimo claims that he knows both the victim and his friend. After the arguments, says Dimo, Horgito took out his pistol and shot Madrid. All three immediately ran, while Dimo was later caught by the police.
