An employee of the Military Police in Korça threatened a citizen with his service weapon.

According to the police, the EF citizen, 33 years old, threatened the VB citizen with a weapon, for weak motives.

The perpetrator was prosecuted in a free state and with him the owner of the bar where the incident took place, as he had hired the VB citizen as a security employee illegally.

"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Korçë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizens MC, 34 years old, and EF, 33 years old

The criminal proceedings for these citizens started after the investigative actions carried out for a conflict that happened yesterday, in a bar in Korça, it is suspected that the citizen EF, 33 years old, an employee of the Military Police, threatened the citizen with his service weapon VB, for weak motives, while the citizen MC, the owner of the bar, had illegally employed the citizen EF, as a security guard in the bar. The EF citizen's service weapon was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions", the police informs.
