Kosovo extradits "drug lord" Gëzim Çela to Albania

Gëzim Çela, otherwise known as the "drug lord", was arrested on December 8 in Kosovo, will be extradited to Albania, where, as the Ministry of Justice announces, it will be done with a simplified procedure.
