The Government of Albania yesterday signed an agreement with Eagle Hills Real Estate Development based in the United Arab Emirates to set up a joint company to implement a project worth around 2 billion euros ($2.17 billion) to transform the port of Durrës into a luxury superyacht fleet. said the government.
