Ermali says that after this situation, the school director rated his file as "poor", while for 10 years the same file was rated as "very good". Not only that, but the teacher who wrote to the student and received a warning from the school for dismissal for ethical violations, was also suspended after the start of the investigation process, has been assessed as "sufficient". This institution clarifies that the teacher should not enter the school premises until the decision of the prosecution.
