Doctors letter to Meta, Rama and Basha: We are worried, implement measures against Covid-19!
A group of doctors addressed an open letter to President Ilir Meta, Prime Minister Rama, the main opposition Lulzim Basha and other political actors in the country, including the head of the CEC Ilirjan Celibashi.
The white T-shirts express concern over the non-observance of anti-covid measures by politicians during the field election campaign on the eve of the April 25th central elections.

Doctors further add that politicians should be the first to set an example in society for respecting the measures against Covid.
We recall that during the last weeks there were some politicians, mainly of the opposition, but also some of the majority who were fined with 50 million ALL by the State Police for non-compliance with the measures against Covid-19.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
on the occasion of the general elections of April 25, 2021, where thousands of citizens are engaging in the pre-election campaign and then through the will of their vote, will have the opportunity to elect the new government, we, the medical staff, look with concern at respect and the progress of anti-Covid measures, which are defined by law, precisely by vote in the Parliament of the Republic of Albania. As the numbers of new infections and even more deaths are on an increasingly worrying trend, we would like to address you through this open letter, where each of you, with the relevant competencies, contributes to the observance and implementation of the measures to Covid-19 in Albania. Through this open letter we ask for your attention in the implementation of:
1- Urdhërit te ministres së Shëndetësisë Znj. Ogerta Manastirliu Nr. 633 të datës 17.11.2020 „Ndalohen grumbullimet me më shumë se 10 (dhjetë) persona në vende të mbyllura dhe të hapura, në konferenca, tubime, mbledhje partiake, në ceremonitë festive, ceremonitë martesore dhe organizimet përtej familjare te ceremonive mortore“, në mbështetje të Ligjit Nr. 15/2016, të Kushtetutës së Republikës së Shqipërisë, “Per parandalimin dhe luftimin e infeksioneve dhe sëmundjeve infektive“, Nenit 102, Pika 4, në mbështetje të Udhëzimeve të Institutit të Shëndetit Publik, “Me qëllim mbrojtjen e Shëndetit të popullatës nga infeksioni i shkaktuar nga Covid-19“, Neni 7, në mbështetje të Ligjit 44/2015 „Kodi i Proçedurave Administrative të Republikës së Shqipërisë“, nenit 113, si edhe të vendimit nr. 4856 date 16.11.2020 të Komitetit Teknik të Ekspertëve.
2- Përdorimit të detyruar të barrierave mbrojtëse (maskave), bazuar në Aktin Normativ nr. 32 të Këshillit të Ministrave, datë 12.10.2020 “Për një ndryshim në aktin normativ nr. 3, datë 15.3.2020, të nr. 32 datë 12.10.2020 i Këshillit të Ministrave, “Për marrjen e masave të veçanta administrative gjatë kohëzgjatjes së periudhës së infeksionit të shkaktuar nga Covid-19”, të ndryshuar”, Neni 3, pika 23 si dhe sipas Udhëzimit nr. 1163/1 prot. datë 13.10.2020 të Insitutit të Shëndetit Publik “Udhëzues mbi përdorimin e detyrueshëm të maskave në ambientet jashtë shtëpisë” të publikuar nga Ministria e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale.
3- Mbajtjes së distancës fizike prej 2 metrash, nga të gjithë personat, brenda dhe jashtë ambjenteve të qendrës së votimit. Gjithashtu, votuesit duhet të mbajnë maskën mbrojtëse gjatë gjithë kohës, me përjashtim kur duhet të identifikohen nga anëtari i këshillit të vendvotimit. Në vendvotim duhet të vendosen edhe dezinfektuesit që duhet te përdoren nga votuesit në hyrje dhe ne dalje nga vendvotimi. Respektimi i rreptë i masave anti-Covid është pergjegjësi e stafit zgjedhor duke nënvijëzuar qe ky staf është përgjegjës për dezinfektimin dhe ajrosjen kohë pas kohë te qendrave te votimit dhe vendvotimeve si dhe për zbatimin e masave parandaluese gjatë procesit të votimit dhe atij të numërimit të votave.
4- Marrjen e masave të duhura organizative nga Komisioni Qendror Zgjedhor (KQZ), për të regjistruar personat që janë të infektuar me SARS-CoV-2, ata që janë në karantinë apo izolim të detyruar, si dhe të kujdeset për përditësimin e listës së këtyre votuesve në kohë reale. KQZ duhet të ndërmarrë procedurat e duhura që personave të izoluar/karantinuar tu mundësohet pjesëmarrja në votim.
5- Takimet, konferencat dhe mbledhjet zgjedhore me mbi 10 (dhjetë) persona të mbahen në formatin elektronik, për të evituar kontaktet fizike mes elektoratit duke u mbështetur ne Aktin Normativ Nr. 3, datë 15.3.2020, Neni 3, pika 2 “ Për marrjen e masave të veçanta administrative gjatë kohëzgjatjes së periudhës së infeksionit të shkaktuar nga Covid-19“.
6- Grupet në risk (personat mbi 65 vjeç, personat që vuajnë nga sëmundje shoqëruese) të shmangin aktivitetet parazgjedhore sipas rekomandimeve të Organizatës Botërore të Shëndetësisë (OBSH). Është momenti i duhur për të treguar që të gjithë bashkë mund t’ja dalim të luftojmë këtë pandemi.
Ju jeni faktorë të rëndësishëm në dinamikën e shoqërisë shqiptare dhe kjo sjell përgjegjesi ligjore e morale ndaj popullësisë që kërkon vëmëndjen dhe angazhimin tuaj në mbrojtjen e shëndetit e të jetës së tyre. Një popull i shëndetshëm është celësi për një të ardhme të mbarë, për të gjithë.
