Today, the head of the Socialists, Edi Rama, held a meeting with the country's mayors. But what stood out was the absence of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliajt.

The latter was not among the chiefs of Bahski to whom Rama criticized and gave lengthy speeches about the so-called "successes" of the Renaissance. It is not known whether Veliaj refused Rama's invitation or was not invited by the latter.

The relationship between the two has been cold for some time, so much so that they are no longer seen together, even though they participated in the same events and activities.

The opposition has denounced Veliaj as the head of the criminal organization of the Municipality of Tirana, which orchestrates thefts and abuses of funds, such as the case of the "5D" file that led to the imprisonment of its directors.
