Tonight, the Albanian National Football Team will take to the field for one of the key group matches in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, against the Latvian national team, in a transfer that returns Albania to Latvian soil after 26 years.

The match will take place at Riga's "Skonto" stadium, a modern facility with limited capacity but a fiery atmosphere.

This will be the first time that our National Team will play in this stadium, as the last match in Riga against Latvia was recorded in 1999, in a different facility.

Interest in the match has grown significantly in recent days. There are very few tickets left for sale, creating expectations for a packed stadium.

Ticket prices were reasonable by international standards: 14 euros for the cheapest ticket and 40 euros for the best seats. What makes this match even more special is the presence of Albanian fans in Riga.

The Albanian community in the Baltic countries, as well as fans who have traveled from various European countries, have confirmed their participation.

In an atmosphere that is expected to be emotionally charged, "Red and Black Fans" have announced support for Silvinjo's boys.
