Illegal constructions in Patok, the Prosecutor's Office of Lezha closes the investigations and sends the file for trial

The Prosecutor's Office of Lezha has closed the investigations and has sent for trial the criminal file for constructions without permission in the area of ​​Patok in Kurbin.

The prosecution requested the sending for trial of:

1. Nikoll Frangaj, accused of the criminal offense of "Illegal construction", provided by the article

199/a/4 of the Criminal Code.

2. Flori Gjini, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in collaboration, provided by article 248-25 of the Penal Code.

3. Xhevalin Fufi, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by article 248-25 of the Penal Code.

4. Ndoc Pjetri, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by article 248-25 of the Penal Code.

5. Jetmir Mxhika, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by article 248-25 of the Criminal Code.

6. Shan Preçi, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by article 248-25 of the Penal Code.

7. Artur Perdoda, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by article 248-25 of the Penal Code.

8. Rivelino Ismajlaj, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" carried out in collaboration, provided by article 248-25 of the Penal Code.

As for Amarildo Tuci, Florgen Gjoka, Frančesko Gjoka, Anton Kola, Mario Nikollaj, Bardhok Gijini, Agustin Kola, Fatjon Frangaj, accused of the criminal offense of "Construction without permission", he requested the suspension of the investigations.

The prosecution asked for the cancellation of the security measure "Compulsion to appear at the judicial police" given by the Court
