From the murders to the tritol explosion at Talo Çela's house, why is Eljo Bitri, caught in Holland accused after Duman's testimony

Eljo (Ervis) Bitri, the 35-year-old from Elbasan, was arrested by the Dutch police as wanted for several serious crimes.

He was also using the name Bledar Debrova when he was caught walking around with a silenced firearm in Leiden, the Netherlands.

The 35-year-old was declared wanted after the sensational testimony of the repentant justice, Nuredin Dumani, and was on the list of 14 persons declared wanted by SPAK within the coded operation "Golden Bullet" where Dumani himself was caught.

Bitri is accused of a series of criminal offenses from murders to the explosion with tritol in Talo Çela's house.

1. "Destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of citizen Mustafa Subashi (event that happened in Durrës on 29.01.2020) and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in special cooperation in the form of structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 152 and 278/1, 28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code .

2. "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", to the detriment of the victims Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia (event that occurred on 02.03 .2020) carried out in special collaboration with the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", (in the role of the participant) and "Commitment of criminal offenses by the structured criminal group" provided by articles 79/dh, 278/ 1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code;

3. "Premeditated murder" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Structured criminal group" and "Participation in a structured criminal group" provided by articles 78/2, 278/1 , 28/4, 333/ae 334 of the Criminal Code (murder to the detriment of the victim Emiljano Ramazani on July 20, 2020 in the neighborhood "28 Nëntori", Elbasan).

4. Destruction of property with explosives" to the residence of citizen Talo Çela (event that occurred on 05.11.2020) and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in special cooperation in the form of a group structured criminal, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 152 and 278/1, 28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.

5.“Dhuna në familje” në dëm të shtetases Blerta Bengasi (Ruçi), kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 130/a/1, 28/4, 333/a dhe 334 të Kodit Penal.

6.“Vjedhje me dhunë”, në dëm të shtetasit Hamdi Sharka (ndodhur në fshatin Polizhan – Berat), kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 139, 28/4, 333/a dhe 334 të Kodit Penal.

7. "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, carried out in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by the structured group criminal and criminal organization", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/2, 334 of the Criminal Code.
