The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has prohibited the media from publishing acts of the last SPAK file, where 50 arrest warrants were issued to hit 7 criminal groups, after conversations on the "Sky Ecc" application.

In the announcement of GJKKO it is stated that the order to ban the publication of the file is until the end of the preliminary investigations, as it requires the understanding of all journalists that more detailed information cannot be given by the court regarding this matter.

In the conversations of the incriminated persons in the "Sky Ecc" application, several assassinations and plans to commit murders of their rivals were disclosed.

Full notification of GJKKO:

1. The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime within the framework of criminal proceedings No. 59 of 2022, after considering the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime for the appointment in the absence of security measures, with decision No. 49, dated 15.05.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, after ruling on security measures, among other things, based on Article 103 of the Criminal Code, has decided: the ban on the publication of the request of the prosecution or its restraint until the end of the investigations, as well as the complete prohibition of the publication of this decision until the end of the preliminary investigations.
2. Given that failure to comply with the obligations set forth in Article 103 of the Code of Criminal Procedure constitutes a criminal offense under Article 295/a paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code under the heading "Disclosure of acts or secret data", we ask for the understanding of all journalists that no more detailed information can be given by the court regarding this matter.
