The police has postponed the deadline for filling 400 quotas for the General Patrol, since there was a lack of appointments.
According to an announcement, the application deadline for admission to the State Police, for 400 basic role functions, for General Patrol has been postponed until September 5, 2024.
APPLICATION CRITERIA
Every citizen who meets the criteria has the right to apply to the local police directorates where he has permanent residence.
Applications are open until July 31, 2024.
a) to be an Albanian citizen;
b) be no more than 30 years old;
c) be no less than 165 cm tall for men and no less than 160 cm tall for women;
d) to have finished secondary education;
e) not to be excluded from the State Police, other national security structures or to have left the civil service;
f) have full capacity to act;
g) to be in good health and physically able to perform the task;
h) to master the written and spoken Albanian language;
i) not to be convicted by a final court decision for the commission of a crime or for the commission of an intentional criminal misdemeanor;
j) have evidence of the ability to drive a type B vehicle;
k) meet the criteria of reliability and integrity.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION
Citizens who express the desire to be admitted to the State Police, against the application fee, no later than 31.07.2024, must submit to the Human Resources structures in the local police directorates, the completed application form, together with with the following documentation:
a) self-declaration form for employment in Police structures;
b) photocopies of the identity card;
c) diploma accompanied by a list of grades certifying the completion of secondary education (notarized);
d) photocopies of the 'B' type driving ability certificate;
e) certificate of judicial status (issued by the police structure where the application is made);
f) family certificate (issued by the police structure where the application is made);
g) certification from the court that it is not under trial for a criminal offense;
h) certification from the prosecutor's office that he is not under criminal prosecution;
i) certificate from the special structure against corruption and organized crime;
j) mandate-payment of the application fee.
STAGES THAT APPLICANTS GO THROUGH FOR ADMISSION
For admission to the police, applicants must successfully pass the stages in descending order:
a) application;
b) verification and review of documentation;
c) verification of reliability and integrity of applicants;
d) health control;
e) testing, which includes the written test, the physical test, the oral interview and the psychological test.
