Ordered the placing of tritol in the business and house of a citizen, the woman

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Shkodër, has registered the criminal proceedings no. 1265 of 2024, for suspicions of committing the criminal offenses 'Extortion by means of threats or violence to give property', 'Destruction of property with explosives' and 'Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition', provided by articles 109/b, 152 and 278/p.1 of the Criminal Code, to the detriment of the AF citizen

Within a short period, this citizen was planted with explosives in his business and home.

In the framework of the investigative actions carried out so far, in order to clarify the events, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, in cooperation with the Shkodër Police Station, has arrested the citizen LP. This citizen is suspected of having cooperated with her brother, BP, as well as with other persons involved in the event with the aim of coercing the citizen AF through threats to ill-gotten wealth. Reasonable suspicions are based on the evidence administered so far as a result of the application of special investigative methods.

During the arrest of the LP citizen, and from the controls, other illegal items were found as tools used to commit the above criminal acts.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Shkodër informs that other investigative actions are being carried out for the complete clarification of the event and the identification of other perpetrators of the criminal offense.
