The head of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, reacted to the OSCE / ODIHR findings on the April 25 elections. He says that the CEC encourages the opposition and the government to address as soon as possible the remarks and recommendations identified in the report.
Through a post on social networks, he says that the OSCE / ODIHR has positively assessed the administration of the election process by the CEC, adding that this finding pushes this institution to further improve.
