Erion Alibej Confesses: How We Killed Talo Çela's Brother and

Erion Alibej, the defendant in the 'Golden Bullet' case, continued his testimony.

Before the trial panel, Alibej confessed how he collaborated with Nuredin Dumani in the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Bujar Cela, the latter the brother of the much-wanted Talo Cela.

"We took a car with Nuredin and left it in a garage at my uncles in Peqin. We took it to have it ready for work, to commit murders. Then we approached the car and I asked Arben Lazez to leave it in a shed near the metallurgical plant. We were also interested in Bujar Çela, Talo Çela's brother. Dumani slept in that shed for a few days together with the boys from Fushë Krujë, to execute Bujar Çela. The murder was left a little later and during this time the murder of Emiljano Ramazan was discussed. I had Eljo Bitri and Xhuljan Hoxha as informants, who also informed me about Regis Runaj or Bujar Çela.

"Ramazan was the most active of the Çopja brothers and Bujar Çela was the closest person to Talo Çela. We decided to kill Bujar Çela because he communicated with Talo Çela by phone. Skerdi Tase, Nipçja and his cousin took it upon themselves to kill Ramazan," said Alibey.
