Fight with hard objects at Peshkopia hospital, director throws finance manager

A conflict has been registered in the premises of the Dibër Regional Hospital between the hospital director and the finance manager, and has even degenerated into physical violence.

Police announce that Shaban Uklala, 37 years old, Finance Manager at the Dibër Regional Hospital, has reported to the Dibër Police Station that he was hit in the face with a hard object by the hospital director, I.Sh., 44 years old.

After conducting investigative actions, the police have initiated criminal proceedings against the director for the criminal offense of "Intentional minor injury".

Police announcement:

On 11.02.2025, at around 12.00, citizen Sh.U., 37 years old, resident of Peshkopi, (duty as Finance Manager at the Dibër Regional Hospital) appeared at the Dibër Police Station and reported that after a verbal conflict in the hospital premises, he was hit in the face with a hard object by citizen I.Sh., 44 years old, resident of Peshkopi, (duty as Director of the Dibër Regional Hospital).

At the conclusion of the first investigative actions, the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Dibër Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen I.Sh., suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Intentional Minor Injury". 

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër, for further action.
