Fight between minors in Shkodra, 15-year-old threatens 13-year-old with knife

A serious incident between minors was recorded in Shkodra, where a 15-year-old threatened a 13-year-old with a knife for weak motives.

The authorities immediately initiated criminal proceedings against the minor, while the cutting tool was seized as material evidence.

The police have announced that the procedural materials related to the case have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action.

The Shkodra Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against a 15-year-old citizen, after he threatened a 13-year-old with a cutting tool (knife), for weak motives. The cutting tool was seized as material evidence.

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen Gj. Gj., resident of the village of Bardhaj, after checks and verifications carried out in cooperation with OSHEE services revealed an illegal electricity connection in his apartment.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action.
