A heavy tonnage vehicle went off the road in 'Qafën e Llogarasë', in a place called 'Çezma', blocking the circulation of vehicles.

The police, through a notification, asks the drivers to avoid Llogara until the road is unblocked and the circulation of vehicles returns to normal.
