Vlorë - The Police Surveillance Agency (Vlorë - Gjirokastër Region), after a several-month investigation under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlorë, has today executed the decision of the Court, which has set the security measure "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" to the Police employee, Deputy Commissioner MQ. He is currently on OPGJ duty in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Gjirokastër.

From the conducted investigations, it has been found that the police officer, when he was on duty at the DVP Vlora, did not refer the procedural materials to the Prosecutor's Office for cases of accidents with serious consequences, consuming elements of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".

Investigations are ongoing for other cases of illegal actions committed by this police officer.
