The Border Police in Muriqan arrested Vilson Tahiri, a 34-year-old man from Albania, as he allegedly wanted to leave the country with a quantity of narcotics.
"As a result of the checks and verifications that are being carried out with the aim of preventing and combating border crimes, the Muriqan PKK Border Police, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Shkodër, arrested the VT citizen, 34 years old, resident in Malësi Great.
From the control carried out at the exit of RSh, in the vehicle driven by the 34-year-old, a quantity of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa was found, divided into 3 small bags" , the police informs.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
