Veliaj is accused of corruption in 9 cases and money laundering, while Xoxa is accused of corruption in 9 cases, money laundering and concealment of assets. Businessman and close friend of Veliaj, Elman Abule, is accused of money laundering.
The prosecutors of the case are Ols Dado and Altin Dumani, while the judge is Erion Bani.
