Police authorities in Italy have arrested a 52-year-old Albanian man and his Italian partner, 37 years old, resident in Abruzzo, after they found 15 kg of cocaine in their car.
The event is said to have happened shortly after midnight on Saturday (September 14) on the Bozen-Sud highway, Italy. The police officers stopped the vehicle because of the dangerous maneuvers they were doing on the road.
The drugs, which were divided into 15 bags and then placed in a suitcase, were discovered by police dogs.
Meanwhile, the checks carried out showed that the driver was an Albanian with previous criminal records, while the car he was driving was registered in the name of another Albanian, known in the drug world.
The narcotics were seized. If it were to enter the market, it would bring profits of more than 5 million euros.
