The 7 immigrants who left yesterday evening from the Port of Shengjini towards Italy, have arrived in Brindisi.

The 4 judges of the Department of Civil Law and Immigration at the Court of Rome have asked the European Court of Justice for an accelerated procedure on the judgment of the right of asylum seekers based on the "safe country" criterion.

This expedited decision procedure can take from 2 months to 2 years.

And while waiting for this judgment, immigrants must stay in a camp structure for asylum seekers in Italy.
