Disqualified from the competition, Zhaklina Peto reports to SPAK the president

After being disqualified from the race for the Constitutional Court, Zhaklina Peto reported to the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution the acting chairwoman of the Judicial Appointments Council, Vitore Tushë, and the rapporteur for her case, Miranda Andoni.

She accuses KED members of abuse of office after disqualifying her from the race for CC.

"The fact that all the findings remain positive, these could not coincide with the desire and personal agenda of the rapporteur Andoni who obviously intended to stop me from the race," Peto told some media.

The latter was disqualified from the race for the second time after the Administrative Court of Appeal reinstated him in the race.
