The decision of the Appeal for DP, Lela: The opposition in any form should come

On November 3, the Court of Appeal will hear the appeal of the Democratic Party seeking to register as united in one decision the statutory changes of July 2021 and December 2021.

The journalist and director of Politiko.al, Alfred Lela, in an interview for Euronews Albania, emphasized that after the decision of the Appeal, each of the political actors must do their respective duties.

" The important thing is that there is a date. Everyone has their own preferences at this point. I would like the actors to be in their places. The due date is fine. A decision taken will also be good, because everyone must go to the roles they have to play" - stated Lela.

According to him, the major role of political actors is to unite the opposition in any form.

"And the big role is for the opposition to unite in any form and in any way " - said Lela.

The judging panel will consist of judges: Irida Kacerja (rapporteur), Genti Shala and Emona Muçi.
