Visha's Murder/ 12 bullet casings found inside the car, the perpetrators

New details have emerged from the execution of 48-year-old Lulzim Visha from Kamza, who was found shot dead inside a vehicle in Zall Mner, Tirana, near Lake Bovilla.

Sources indicate that 12 pistol cartridges were found inside the victim's vehicle, while it is suspected that the perpetrator used a firearm with a silencer.

From the examination of security camera footage in the area where the incident occurred, a gray "Porsche" type vehicle was identified, which is suspected to have been used by the perpetrator(s) to flee the scene after committing the murder.

The 48-year-old worked as a postman and was executed inside the work vehicle belonging to the "Postman" company, which delivers packages throughout Albania.

The police have set up checkpoints, while it is not yet known whether the owner of the Porsche vehicle, which is suspected to have been used by the perpetrator to flee the scene, has been identified.

From preliminary investigations, sources close to the investigation group indicate that the main clue is that of enmity, as the victim's brother killed a person several years ago.

Lulzim Visha is the brother of Besnik Visha, the latter of whom killed Refik Domin with a firearm for weak motives, an event that occurred near the Agricultural University of Tirana on April 10, 1997.

The Tirana Court sentenced Besnik Visha on June 29, 2001, to 12 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unlicensed Weapon Possession." He was wanted for several years, and was arrested in October 2009.

Besnik Visha is currently abroad. In addition to the feud, the police are also investigating possible recent conflicts between the victim and his brother.
