German MP: If Serbia is behind the attack in the North, the EU must end

The German MP, Michael Roth, has condemned yesterday's attack on the Ibër-Lepenc water channel in Kosovo, calling it a "terrorist act".

Through a message on X, Roth emphasized that the method used in the attack was consistent with Russian-style terrorism.

" These are Russian terrorist methods against a sovereign state in the heart of Europe." These attacks should be investigated in depth. If Serbia is really behind this, which I hope is not the case, this would mark the end of the EU's negotiations with Serbia", asserted the German MP.

 It is not yet known who carried out the explosive attack, but Kosovo said it was a terrorist attack instigated by the state of Serbia with the aim of destroying critical infrastructure. The explosion endangered the supply of electricity and drinking water for hundreds of thousands of citizens of Kosovo.
