Kurti appoints the Serbian opposition as Minister for Communities and Returns
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has appointed Nenad Rashiçi as Minister for Communities and Returns.
Kurti's press office announced the news. The Prime Minister congratulated Rasiçi on his new institutional duties and responsibilities in the Republic of Kosovo.
In recent years, Rasič has acted as a Serbian opposition politician in Kosovo.
Before the formation of the Serbian List in 2013, the largest party of Serbs in Kosovo, he was a member of the Assembly of Kosovo and part of the Government.
Rashiq was the adviser of Prime Minister Albin Kurti in the Kurti 1 government. He resigned after the indictment was filed against him, for the pardon of four hydropower plants during the privatization of KEK's distribution.
