According to SPAK, the events proceeded as follows:

One quiet evening at home, Argita told Sali Berisha,

- "Dad, will you change the destination of the sports field to the "Partizani" club, in the residential area, if I give you x lek in return? You dad, you are the only one who has enough power to do it… (?!)”

Yes, according to SPAK, Sali Berisha has agreed to take money from his daughter (?!), i.e. to be bribed by her, "in exchange for this promise"...(?!)

But how did Sali Berisha accomplish this, SPAK does not say...!?

It results from the documents, however, that if Sali Berisha did this, he did it only according to the only way through which he could do it:

- He convened the KKRRT of Tirana (?!), which was chaired by Edi Rama (?!), and changed the destination of the land in question, with the DECISION AND SIGNATURE OF EDI RAMA...(?!)

* These scoundrels who use the law as toilet paper, know very well that Sali Berisha had no means of political influence to make it happen, due to the simple fact that the Municipality of Tirana was not only not run by PD, but on the contrary, it was run by the ARMY CHIEF of Sali Berisha: EDI RAMA...
