The tower construction project at the Democratic Party headquarters raises many interesting questions. First of all, the name itself is a gem. The project is called the Four Freedoms Park and will be built right next to the Freedom House, as the opposition calls its headquarters. Many findings. Nay, let's get back to the question marks now.
The land there belongs to the Toptani's. But if the DP does not want to, no nails can be driven there, no more towers to be built. That no one has the courage to remove the opposition from the headquarters. This is where the first question mark arises. Is it likely that such a project was done without the knowledge of the DP?
Secondly, the project, as presented, includes BKT in addition to DP headquarters. A few months ago, BKT left its headquarters on the pretext that it had been damaged by the earthquake and moved in front of TEG to a building built by Fusha. Then I published a denunciation that the cause of the earthquake was set to vacate the site of the former headquarters of BKT, in order to build a tower in the partnership between Fushë and BKT.
Now the triangle becomes very interesting. PD, BKT, Field. Exactly the Bermuda Triangle. The questions that arise here are some:
Who came up with the idea of merging the BKT tower with the Albanian towers in a single complex?
Was this union born before or after the demolition of the National Theater? Pra Teatri-Fusha-BKT-Opozita-Kullat.
And if there are several actors in the complex, how is the partnership divided between them?
This project has many questions. Maybe it could be fake too. But so far no one is denying it. They are just throwing the ball of responsibility at each other. Someone says it was approved years ago, someone else says it was in the project but it crashed, etc., etc.
Anyway here does nothing surprising anymore. Albania has a museum with a tower, a bank with a tower, a stadium with a tower. Anything if there is opposition with the tower?
