Criminal lawsuit against prosecutors Kraja and Millonai

1 month ago, I filed a criminal lawsuit for fraud and abuse of office of the Millonai and Kraja prosecutors. In an attempt to serve Edi Rama, they have lied repeatedly, humiliating themselves, but I have not sued them either for the lies that the land destination changes made by Rama in 2006 and 2008 were attributed to Berisha in 2006 and 2013, nor for the lie written as if the rent continued for the sold apartment when they had clarified that it was for another, not even for the deliberate lie that it was rented for 8,000 euros/month when in fact it was 800 euros/month, not even for the shameful lies that paid for zakat (charity) for the treatment of children, they call it corruption. These are simply indicators that have no morals but political submission.
In fact, I sued them for dereliction of duty since they arrested without the law, so by using an article that does not apply to the person, are you saying that they are ignorant in the field of law. In an attempt to fight the opposition, I am not allowed to be in the campaign against the "intellectual" master thief who steals hundreds of millions of euros with one hand, his servants make a useful idiot by pretending that they do not see, do not hear and do not understand and accuse me of the article of high officials when I have never been either an official or a local elected official.
Following this, the public prosecutors of Edi Rames have written since they arrested me that the VKM for the use of securities was carried out in 2008 to help these owner families to pay as little money as possible, since that VKM was canceled 7 months later . This is written in black and white in the decision of the criminal militant Irena Gjoka.
Even though in that session I told them that they were being cheated since we - the noble owners of Tirana - had paid 90% in cash in the bank and only benefited from 10% that we paid with valuable papers, yet the militants of Edi Rames closed their ears and did not listen. BUT it turns out that the prosecutors together with them and Irena Gjoka cheated! This is because the VKM amended in July 2009 had removed the right to pay with securities except for the first point, so for those who won in the open auction they had to pay in cash and not with securities, and it did not state at all about the other point, so he left it as it was, that the owners of the land have the right to use the securities for the privatization of the buildings on the land that the thieves stole from the owners and kept it stolen for so long.
The lying to the point of the law by the political prosecutors was shocking. This lie is used along with others to demand arrest!
For these reasons, 1 month ago, I sued Kraje and Millonain at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office. Without any notification from the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, after more than 20 days passed, except when I received a notification from a colleague from Kraje and Millonai in SPAK that their colleague prosecutor had made a decision not to start investigations! So, in violation of the terms and principles of conflict of interest, colleagues protect colleagues even when they break the law.
Therefore, I have now sent this lawsuit to the Anti-Corruption Court of SPAK with the request that the court decide to investigate these legal violations by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.
This is not the first time that prosecutors Kraja and Millonai have abused their duty. Prosecutor Millonai, promoted from Elbasani where Taulant Balla was the leader of the SP, could not accept that his interests were violated, so the prosecutors seized the civil file where I had sued Taulant Balla for defamation. This unheard of action made it impossible for this file to go to court, resulting in a violation of the constitutional rights to due process.
Even during this process, it emerged that Edi Rama, due to his political hatred, refused to disclose the construction permit and the owners took him to court where it turned out that he abused his duty (criminal offense according to Article 248 of the Criminal Code) bringing financial damage over €320,000 and this with a final court decision that there is no need to conduct SPAK investigations. Afterwards, it was proven that Edi Rama refused to implement the court decision (criminal offense according to Article 321 of the Criminal Code), as well as carried out actions to prevent the implementation of the court decision (Article 320 of the Criminal Code). But aha... the law does not apply when the offender's name is Edi Rama. Edi Rama's lickers, caught in lies, do not even agree to ask Edi Rama, not to take him to criminal responsibility.
And here we are still not talking about the laws and VKM customized for Bolinot, Olsin, etc.
The same law for all?
The prosecutors make the idiot useful up to fraud for the benefit of the master thief, and then they can't even question him even when it turns out that he violated several laws in one case.
