WHERE ARE YOU GOING SPAK?

SPAK, alias the Special Political Prosecution, is following in the footsteps of the People's Prosecution.

The witch hunt is on and it seems there is no stopping it. The enemies of the new popular power (revivalists) are political opponents and organic anti-communists such as the former owners or the newly persecuted.

Nothing by chance, but a repetition of history and hysteria.

Hoxha, at the beginning of his installation of power, put indoctrinated military men like Bedri Spahiu at the head of the special prosecutor's office, who he then replaced with unscrupulous people who came from the ranks of state security trainees in the distant Soviet Union like Arianit Key.

Their blindness and callousness is emblematic.

After that, the prosecution was simply the executive office of the Security, while the Court was a blind executor of the orders of the prosecutors.

The people to be eliminated were carefully selected. The opinion was built against them as enemies and after that they were arrested.

Everything ended here. The prosecution advanced with a fixed goal in mind and fabricated facts, supposedly evidence and testimony, and expected only the form of punishment.

The popular support with the claims that were given through loudspeakers (today replaced by the lickt media) was impressive, with cheers and applause.

Thus, in a few years, Hoxha went to the bullet, prison and rope with international support of the political opposition of the time.

It took many years to get back to the same point again.

What a curse!

Again, in the name of popular justice and the fight against the enemy of the system.

And from justice with corruption, we went to justice with criminalization.

The extreme left, installed with the help of its new non-historical allies, aimed from the beginning to establish political justice as the main weapon of maintaining power.

Thanks to "disease" and "weakness"

for the democracy of the right and the pressure of the embassies, the left started its institutional revenge by conquering justice with its offspring and selling it as a reform.

The creation of SPAK and BKH with American money and human resources with extreme leftist political convictions marked the beginning of the realization of the articulated goal sought by leftist hierarchs for years: the elimination of Berisha and the opposition.

Having passed the stage of creation and having the support of the opinion like its predecessor once, they started the witch hunt with the desire and purpose of revenge.

The sons of the block and the old insurances of the new system, had never forgiven Berisha and his family for the disgraceful dethronement that he did in the 90s and 92s.

Out of 5 years of life, SPAK has dedicated 4 years to the investigation and arrest of Berisha. And the year that is excessive has no rest. He dealt with the leaders of the opposition, Mehdiu and Meta.

At the same time, he continued to amnesty the corrupt members of the SP with Ramë and Veliaj.

During all this time SPAK and GJKKO have clashed with PD and the opposition in two forms.

In the first form - invalidating the accusations with facts and evidence of DP for rampant corruption of Rama&co.

In the second form - attacking Berisha and others within the opposition PD.

In both forms to serve the government politically.

Now openly displayed as part of the renaissance criminal-political organization, SPAK has neither shame nor scruples.

Aranit Çelat and his colleagues draw up a "crazy" charge against Berisha with the sole purpose of keeping him away from the political campaign and eliminating him politically.

Legal changes announced in political programs are not crimes but political visions.

SPAK, thanks to its political blindness, reads the collegial political decisions as criminal offenses and names Berisha's name to Rama's company for changing the destination of the property "inadvertently on purpose".

These legal hallucinations are not accidental. They are a consequence of the servant's obedience to the political master.

SPAK and GJKKO have closed their eyes and are running without reason in their heads and without the law in front of their eyes, towards the political and legal abyss, sacrificing JUSTICE once and for all.

If there are still people with human and legal integrity, they only need to ask the question:
