Lori Hoxha has often spoken about anxiety and never hesitates to answer even when others ask.

Yesterday, she was asked on "Ask me" on Instagram about anxiety and tips on how to get over it, and she responded by saying:

 "I have a lot of messages asking me about anxiety and I am hurt by the fact that many of you are suffering. I honestly do not know the answer, I am living with it as well. Some days are good, some are terrible, but I spend them day by day. What has helped me the most is the therapy and getting out of my comfort zone. I am more anxious when my life is quiet, which seems ironic, but as I said: Therapy, exercise, activities that make you feel good and sometimes medication (Talk to your doctor). Also as time goes on you get to know your body better and understand what helps you control it. "Give yourself time and do not be afraid to ask for help."
