LDK, AAK Agree to Form New Government

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) reached agreement on forming a coalition government, AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj told the media on Wednesday.

Haradinaj said that the AAK reached an agreement with LDK leader Isa Mustafa to form a government headed by LDK official Avdulah Hoti.

Under that agreement, the AAK will hold the posts of first deputy prime minister, foreign, justice, education, and economic development ministers and has nominated Meliza Haradinaj Stubla for foreign minister.

Haradinaj said the new government will be formed soon.

Hoti said on Wednesday that the LDK reached an agreement with the Serb List to form a coalition which will give that Serb party two ministries.
