Member of Future Kosovo Government Criticizes EU Official

Alliance for the future of Kosovo (AAK) condemned on Wednesday the statement of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, who did not exclude a possibility of change in borders as a part of the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia in his interview to the Western Balkans-based media.

In the announcement, AAK, believed to be a member of the future Kosovo Government, stated that “Borrell’s idea on change of borders is harming peace and stability in the region”.

AAK emphasized that any attempt to return the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to an unclear process, without any deadlines or principles of dialogue, would be counterproductive and that people of Kosovo would refuse it as they did before.
