PM Haradinaj of Kosova Leaves Meeting with US Representatives

Kosova Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has left a meeting with a delegation of US National Security Council, following which the meeting was interrupted and Kosova media state that this was the result of his refusal to lift the 100 percent taxes on goods from Serbia and Montenegro.

According to media in Pristina, Haradinaj left the meeting after an hour and a half and declined to comment on the topics of discussions with the Trump administration.

The meeting ended a few minutes after Haradinaj left, and Gazeta Express learns that Haradinaj rejected again the demands to lift the taxes on goods from Serbia and Bosnia.

The US delegation was headed by the chief for Europe Jim Erat and Kosova parliament speaker Kadri Veselji was absent from the meeting, despite earlier announcements.
