Serbian PM will not be allowed to enter Kosovo, says Kosovo Foreign Minister

Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli said on Thursday that Brnabic would not be allowed to enter Kosovo as long as she followed “a racist ideology”.

In reply to Pacolli’s announcement, Brnabic said that she was “not especially concerned” over such statements and that she believed that, when she should wish to go to Kosovo, this would be enabled regardless of the statements of the officials there.

“When I said that we were ‘dealing with forest people’ I meant people who were terrorists, who were accused of the most horrific crimes and who were released only because all witnesses in those processes were murdered”, Brnabic said.

She said that she alluded to “people who have carried a uniform [of the self-proclaimed Kosovo Liberation Army (UCK)] and have been in the forest, but afterward became the leaders of Kosovo institutions”.

“I would like it most if they have come from the NGOs, but they did not. I do not think that all [Albanians] have come out of the forest, Pacolli is not one of them”, Brnabic said.
