Serbian President Vucic to Meet with Pompeo on Tuesday

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is to meet with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday, in New York, agencies reported on Monday, citing a statement by the State Department.

Vucic, who commonly announces his diplomatic activities days in advance, has not informed the media of this, even the state and para-state ones. It is the first time that Belgrade media have received an announcement through the State Department.

It is expected that the main topic of the talks between Vucic and Pompeo will be the situation in Kosovo.

Pompeo will be in New York for the UN Security Council session on the Middle East.
