US Ambassador to Serbia: Imposed Solution would not Last

American Ambassador to Serbia Anthony Godfrey said that the goal of the USA was to encourage the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and that the solution of the Kosovo issue that would be imposed from the outside would not last long.

In an interview for Radio and Television of Serbia (RTS) Godfrey said that the solution for the Kosovo issue reached by both sides, “with which both sides could live and which leads to regional stability”, could be a long-term solution.

He added that “unfair, unbalanced or imposed from the outside would not last long”.
