Vucic Speaks with Rama, Zaev on the Phone

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Monday spoke on the phone with the Prime Ministers of Albania and North Macedonia, Edi Rama and Zoran Zaev, respectively, about tripartite meeting in Ohrid, Macedonia, at which they should resume talks on establishing a so-called “little Schengen” between the three countries.

“An excellent conference conversation with Rama and Zaev ahead of the important November 9 summit in Ohrid,” Vucic posted on his Instagram.

Vucic, Zaev, and Rama on October 10 signed a declaration of intent to establish a “little Schengen” to ensure the implementation of four internationally recognized key freedoms: movement of people, goods, services and capital.
