Former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, commented on the primaries process in the Democratic Party, emphasizing that it is the only party that holds primaries.

Invited to News 24, he said that this process is an opportunity for citizens to have a voice in the selection of candidates.

Spahia also shared his experience, emphasizing that he came first in the DP primaries in Shkodra and that he feels good about it.

"We are the only party that holds primaries. The process gives a voice to the citizens. I came first in the DP primaries in Shkodra and of course I feel good about it."


"The DP is the only political party holding primaries for the third time and I have participated in all three primaries ," said Spahia.
