Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has denounced that the Special Court has been placed under the monitoring of SPAK.
Invited to News 24, he said that the Special Prosecution Office is monitoring judges' phones and other means of communication.
Gjokutaj said that there is an officer from the National Bureau of Investigation who deals with monitoring judges.
"The GJKKO is monitored by SPAK. Phone calls, everything. There is a BKH officer who deals with monitoring judges. Dumani said that there are also proceedings for GJKKO judges ," he said.
