The Supreme Court will decide today on the fate of former Democratic MP Ervin Salianji. The hearing is expected to start at 10:00.
Salianji filed an appeal with the Supreme Court against the one-year prison sentence.
The Supreme Court rejected a request by former MP Ervin Salianji to suspend the 1-year prison sentence from the Appeals Court. The former DP MP is serving a prison sentence for false reporting.
Ervin Salianji was sentenced to 1 year in prison in the first instance, for the case of a wiretap that was allegedly of Fatmir Xhafaj's brother.
