Recount after May 11, Braho: I had no expectations for massive vote trafficking

KAS member Ledio Braho stated that the recount process was intended to ensure transparency.

Invited to Ora News, on the other hand, there was no expectation that there would be trafficking of thousands of votes as was alleged and the process showed it.

Braho : The goal is to create transparency, since there were many problems, there were many candidates who raised claims regarding the votes, and to create transparency and to clean up the counting process in the CEAZ, we decided to open the boxes for the Tirana district.

To be honest, I did not expect that there would be trafficking of thousands of votes as was alleged and the process showed it.

Apart from a few dozen votes that, in relation to the number of votes in the Tirana district, are less than 1% of the votes, we saw that there were simply either different assessments that can be made on a ballot paper due to subjectivity or there were human errors. The only change that came, came within the DP between the two candidates, neither of whom currently has mandates in the Assembly.

A displacement between Dogjan and Murriz, this was the only displacement. The recount process removed all the mud that had been thrown at the counters.
