Blushi: We condemn the political judicial process against Berisha, a shameful farce

Following the launch of the political trial against the leader of the Albanian opposition, Sali Berisha, the Secretary General of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has reacted.

In a press statement, he called this process a "shameful farce."

Blushi continues by stating that if SPAK were truly concerned about investigating the "Partizani" case in its entirety, the first and only person who signed in black and white the alienation of the "Partizani" sports club's grounds and who should have been immediately prosecuted is Edi Rama.

 The Freedom Party strongly condemns the political judicial process in the context of the so-called "Partizani" case, a shameful farce and a typical example of the strangulation of justice by the autocratic and corrupt regime of "Ramaduro".

This process is not only a pure political attack on the historic leader of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, but also clear evidence that justice in Albania has become a weapon of power to annihilate the opposition and political pluralism, as well as to intimidate anyone who raises their voice against the regime.

If SPAK were truly concerned about investigating the "Partizani" case in its entirety, the first and only person who signed in black and white the alienation of the "Partizani" sports club's grounds and who should have been immediately made a defendant is Edi Rama.

But this fact is almost certainly not appreciated by Edi Rama's political prosecution, which stutters and does not dare to launch investigations or even take the drug lord caught red-handed as a defendant, as in hundreds of monstrous corruption cases, with his signature and seal.

The opposite has happened. After Edi Rama's direct order from the tribune of the SP Assembly in May 2022 to investigate and prosecute Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, SPAK has spent three years fabricating a "file" that contains no criminal facts, no damage to the state, no illegal benefits, and no interference by Mr. Berisha.

The facts are stubborn:

The land in question was and remained private property inherited by five Tirana families, including the family of Berisha's son-in-law's grandparents.

There has not been a single square meter of public land appropriated, not a single penny of damage to public finances, and not a single state act interfered with by Berisha.

The investigation has included unborn granddaughters, gone into 100-year-old archives, investigated fictitious sponsorships for local campaigns, producing a grotesque absurdity that no civilized justice system would accept.

After five years of in-depth and personal investigation, it has been proven that Dr. Berisha and his family have not benefited from anything beyond the law and have lived modestly, with justified savings and without any suspicion of wealth.

Ky është një proces i turpshëm, një tentativë e dëshpëruar për të larguar vëmendjen nga skandalet e një qeverie të zhytur në krim, drogë dhe korrupsion galopant, standardet e të cilit u vulosën që me rrëmbimin në aeroport të Profesorit të nderuar Jamarbër Malltezi, i cili prej dy vitesh vijon të mbahet në izolim politik nga regjimi i “Ramaduros”.

SPAK refuzon të hetojë aferat e vërteta të qeverisë Rama, si VKM-të klienteliste, koncesionet mafioze, grabitjen e pronave publike dhe dëmin miliona eurosh të dokumentuar në vendime gjyqësore, fakte dhe prova që ulërasin çdo ditë, por që SPAK nuk ka sy t’i shohë dhe as veshë t’i dëgjojë, duke i cilësuar afërmendsh si krime intelektuale të vështira për t’u hetuar.

Partia e Lirisë dhe qytetarët shqiptarë nuk mund të pranojnë kurrë një drejtësi të përdorur si vegël qorre e Narkoshtetit, që prej më shumë se 8 muajsh vijon të mbajë në izolim ekstrem, pa fakte dhe pa prova penale, edhe Presidentin Ilir Meta, të rrëmbyer në mënyrë kriminale nga Narkoshteti, me urdhër të Edi Ramës, me porosi të Charles McGonigal dhe me firmën e Altin Dumanit.

SPAK nëse vërtet do të ishte i interesuar për  të zbardhur çështjen e lobimeve, i pari dhe i vetmi njeri që duhej të ishte i hetuar, të ishte marrë i pandehur dhe tanimë të ishte duke vuajtur dënimin, duhet të ishte Edi Rama, i cili ka shkelur jo vetëm ligjet shqiptare por edhe ato amerikane, e faktuar në rastin e “Gruas së Bilalit” për të cilin në SHBA ka sot një të dënuar, dhe në rastin e korruptimit të ish-zyrtarit të lartë të FBI, Charles McGonigal, gjithashtu të dënuar me burg në Amerikë, sipas një akt-akuze publike ku Edi Rama përmendet të paktën 14 herë.

Edhe për çështjen CEZ-DIA, i pari dhe i vetmi njeri, që duhet hetuar dhe duhet marrë i pandehur është Edi Rama, i cili i fali 600 milion euro CEZ-it, duke i shkaktuar një dëm kolosal buxhetit të shtetit, por që afërmendsh as nuk hetohet dhe as nuk merret i pandehur nga prokuroria e tij politike.

Partia e Lirisë është e vendosur të qëndrojë fuqishëm përballë çdo përpjekjeje për të kriminalizuar opozitën dhe për të shtypur zërin e së vërtetës.

Proceset fund e krye politike ndaj Ilir Metës dhe Sali Berishës janë dëshmia më e qartë e një regjimi që po bie, që po shkërrmoqet nga brenda dhe që nuk ka më as legjitimitet moral, as politik, as ligjor, të faktuar tanimë me terrorin elektoral të 11 Majit dhe të dënuar qartësisht nga të paktën 5 rezoluta ndërkombëtare, nga Parlamenti Europian, si dhe nga vet kreu i misionit te vezhguesve te ODIHR.

All the criminal trials against Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha, Fatmir Mediu, including the political conviction of Ervin Salianji, are nothing more than bandit acts by the justice system orchestrated to cover up Edi Rama's direct, personal and very serious responsibilities for the mega-affair of the non-existent incinerator that is still ongoing, for the floating TPPs of Vlora that continue to devour public funds without producing a single kWh per day, for the monstrous corrupt PPPs and concessions, for the Port of Durres, the Llogara tunnel, the golden roads, private charters and thousands of secret tenders that do not stop extorting taxes from the poorest citizens of the continent.

True justice will come and no one can avoid transparency and truth.

 

Edi Rama and his regime will be held accountable before the law and the Albanian people, and his monstrous crimes will never be amnestied.
