He stated that SPAK was only triggered by a complaint from Taulant Balla and an order from Edi Rama from the SP Congress, to immediately initiate actions against him and the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha.

"By order of Edi Rama, at the April 2022 SP congress, submissive political prosecutors have made 16 requests to all institutions.
