President Trump's former national security adviser, John Bolton, considered the decision to declare Sali Berisha non grata by the US State Department to be hasty.

In the exclusive interview with A2CNN, he said that this decision is politically influenced and should be reconsidered.

"These decisions have been subject to political influences. I think they need to be reviewed, I don't know to what extent, but I think it was not appropriate and it needs to be reviewed," Bolton said.

According to him, a quick solution must be found for this decision.

"I think it's a little bit of both. I hope to go back and do it again. That's impossible, but I hope we can find a quick solution and have a normal behavior," Bolton said.
